The Lions dominated the Bunnies in Softball, Frisbee, and Volleyball and won a close football game to complete a crucial sweep; the House draws nearer to the Straus Cup as the IM season hurtles to a dramatic close.
Winthrop goes 4-0 vs. Leverett
Soccer Survives Kirkland
After a narrow loss to top-seeded Pfoho, Winthrop stayed alive in the double-elimination tournament with a 2-1 victory over Kirkland. The Lions face Leverett on Tuesday.
Crew Readies for Races
After two weeks on the water, the four Winthrop boats look towards their final practices before the races. When pressed for comment, Cox Will Macphee simply said "Lions Gotta Eat."
