Eva Monroe

The multi-faceted athlete has been making waves as Winthrop strides to another Straus Cup. Eva coxes the Mens' A boat, and was the high-scorer on the 2nd place Basketball C team. She also played a crucial role in Winthrop's march to the Handball championship on Sunday, as well as a key win over Leverett in Softball. This girl has no fear.

Junior

Much to the dismay of Leverett, "Big George" showed up to football and softball with a vengeance. He paid homage to his namesake George "Babe" Ruth with Winthrop's first ever outside-the-park softball home run (10 rows up in Historic Harvard Stadium). George returns to the field next week to swat some more monster flies.
